That may be the case however I've installed other packs and it works just fine as soon as I remove this one it crashes it. Haven't had this issue with any other mods from this site or lspdfr. -

looks awesome but it crashes my trainerv everytime I load in. Can spawn them through rage but then my trainer is gone for that game session. Any reason why (this is singleplayer btw) -
