It's for FiveM but can be converted to Singleplayer. I have no idea what RageMP is but there's a Singleplayer version of this EUP available through a discord ticket in JA Designs server which...I wouldn't recommend joining with leaked assests of his.

I sadly have a problem, this could just be me but when I add the dlcpack to the dlc list and load up gta my game crashes then says corrupt game data (ERR_FIL_PACK_3), but the LAPD and LASD packs work perfectly fine. So rn it's only the CHP pack that's bugging me
