I honestly deleted it, the previous EUP and also EUP menu and install yours, but it might be in some other files, so I will go with clean GTA, sorry -
Hey man, I have downloaded it, did everything as I should, but I dont know, if its correct EUP menu in it. Most of the uniforms doesnt have helmet or mask, LSPD Metro got pants from LSPD but top from LSSD, so its kinda...broken I guess.

Hey guys, I have noticed that so many people have EUP 9.6, but don´t have Ultimate Backup EUP 9.6. Config. So I was searching for that for a hours and I have found it on Chinese website, so I decided to share it with you, because I know, many people are still on 9.6. and don´t want to update, because they have their EUP modded.
