Map Data Brooo... All these need map data to work together...

When i put it on my server there is garbage trucks spawning everywhere and some flickering, if i NO CLIP around the area or TP there i freeze right away. I just recently started using code walker, when i import it to code walker there is no COLLISIONS or flickering at all. I don't have any MLOS in that area that could be causing any issues. Any tips or assistance will be beyond greatly appreciated. - Originally i had the corner store and church MLOS that's across the street but i removed them just incase they may have caused issues but since removed it is still having the issue.
