Apparently the mod in the add-on folder is actually from Liam Tran & not Elio! I just checked now & it only has the animated rear spoiler but no Tuning which Elio has for his mod -

Ohhh! Well the trainers crashed but the mansion map was still there on the map. Weird lol Also i just tested the SP Sandy Airport (tarmac one) which too requires MP maps enabled & it didn't have any crashes 🤔 -

Thankyou sir for the SP version 🙌 But i think it's not MP Maps Enabled instead MP Maps Disabled. Cause by default i had both trainers enabled MP maps at startup which resulted in both of them crashing as soon as the game loaded.
