all the lights are set as extras so using the trainer menu of ur choosing enable the vehicle extras and the lights should work -

for anyone wanting the templates and the textures fixed I posted them for download, also the cvpi with the rotator lightbar lights don't work and I tried different carcol id's and doesn't fix it -
