Just a simple file from the currently most popular MilSim server on FiveM called 'Battlegrounds RP'. This file contains stuff for the US Army and US Marine Corp. The shirt, pants, vests and helmets all have variants, one for OCP, one for MARPAT Woodland and one for MARPAT Desert.
