Yeah that's odd, I'm using the newest QBcore and it works for me so it may be just ESX, other than that I don't know why it doesn't work -
I believe there is an option inside config to either enable or disable Legacy Fuel, Could you also tell me what framework your using?

If you click in on the link it will be the V2 Version, so it is the correct one. It's just listed as 1.1 on the FiveM page
