The LAPD vehicles we used are https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclestextures/33524-lapd-skins-for-socal-theros-lapd-based-pack/ and the LASD vehicles are just on launcher leaks.

I made this for a California server that I founded, but I stepped down from it for personal reasons, so now I am releasing it for anyone to use. This is made with EUP 9.5 and SUP 2.5. Please keep in mind that not everything has its real-life texture but the main clothing does.
