no, this is a issue with your internet on the file or the website

it is possible to get the file via buying them but they will be escrowed, and only the person who bought them can use them

This is a you issue, the file work fine,

If possible, kindly make separate files for each livery by developer and share via Google Drive or another cloud service. Thank you!

files way to big wont download tried numerous times

maybe you could do half n half of the file so it's easier.
