This mod has been successfully decrypted and will work seamlessly in your game. Please note that this mod is designed to work only in singleplayer mode.
Installation Instructions:
- Open OpenIV and enable "Edit Mode."

Navigate to the following directory in your game files using OpenIV:

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Place the downloaded file inside the
dlcpacksfolder. -
Next, go to:

mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/

Locate the
dlclist.xmlfile and open it for editing. -
Add the following line within the file:

<Item>dlcpacks:/mrpd/</Item>

- Save the changes and close the file.
