Audio Adjustments

StopThePed Audio Folder

• Audio levels for the following have been adjusted to a more acceptable level:

  • Plate Check Alphanumeric call back from dispatch

  • Plate Return - Expired, Suspended, Warrant

Scanner Folder

• Audio levels have been adjusted to a more acceptable level for the majority of users.

  • Some users reported the audio was too quiet, while others found it too loud.

  • The new levels aim to strike a balance between these preferences.

• Audio levels included:

  • Units responding to your scene

  • Units responding with you during pursuits

  • Dispatch Response levels

  • Additional responses from dispatch and responding units

• The "frantic dispatcher" (female dispatcher with excessively loud yelling) has been removed.

• Audio bugs that were causing distortion have been fixed. Please note that some responding units may have slight distortion (this is rare) to enhance immersion.
