It def does work, you need the OX_LIB file, configure the config.lua to the vehicles you want.

Do I need to rename the file if I'm unable to start the resource in TX Admin?

because ox_lib is a dependancy.

you're using an els config that uses extras. use a blank els file that is configured to ignore extras.

is this for Non ELS oe ELS ive been messing with it it low key confusing without any instructions on how to set it up propperly

its not that hard, you add your spawn code. change your extras to align with your stages boom done. download ox_lib your ready to go

I’ve done that, Non ELS don’t have Extra From Liguts only ELS and when I do it for ELS the light don’t flash they stay stagnant. 

you need to find a vehicle back that does. there not that hard to find, you should be able to find some decent ones or some shitty ones on LSPDFR or on LL
