@Partha Sarathi RoyTo change the yellow pipes to not spawn, change your extras in vMenu for FiveM, but since  you are in singleplayer, you use your trainer to change the vehicle extras, whether it be Menyoo or Simple Trainer.

Thats a carcols issue on your end.

mate first first i have also the same issue but the main folder contain the value of carcols which is wrong i mean the carcols value sometimes didnot want to work because of same number put in carcol so made the carcol <id value="964218"/> this one and dnt forget to change carvariation sirensettings value change because if they dont match each other the light would not work and if you dnt understand my word check this youtube video out         

in photoshop the livery looks amazing quality, open iv it also looks amazing, in game it looks like dog shit. Anyway to fix this?

if you have medium or low texture settings it will load a low res of that livery

Check the mipmap levels in the openIV texture for that livery, set it to 1 if it's not already and then export the ytd and stream it and try again. That should work.
