Cant get any of these cars to spawn

Same I went through all the files, made sure the vehicles.meta file is good and nothing spawned.

Gonna test the pack. Did you keep the data folder and stream as is? No changing?

Just went and downloaded self and it worked fine. If others are having this problem please let me know. Not sure what the issue may be atm.

kept it the same and also pulled all out of data folder into main folder without a data folder and no go still.

Pack seems really complete Im able to spawn the vehicles but all the carcols for the Tahoes are all over the place. All the chief cars.

I hate when this happens because its working for me, so I'm unable to see the problem myself. You could change the carcols or if you have other vehicles those other vehicles may be causing issues with the lights. You could try just having the pack in. 

I would go through all the carcols and write down the id and compare the id to the siren settings in the carvariations of EVERY vehicle to make sure they're correct.  If you notice lights aren't working or they're not in the correct places on the vehicle I would change the last 2 or 3 numbers of the id in the carcols and siren setting in carvariations in the data folder and see if that fixes stuff.  I noticed with the tower truck that the carcol id was 608 and the carvariations siren setting was 808.  I changed the numbers to 610 in both carcols and carvariations; and poof the tower lights worked.  I hope this helps.  It sucks that no one proof reads their work before posting it and selling the pack for 100s of dollars.  What's worse is people on here do a terrible job of explaining how to fix the problem or know how to fix the problem.
