i think its neither i put it in a simple folder, you can choose to drag and drop in fivem resource or dlc rpf, thats your choice. i dont make them either to give people the choice as all u need to do weather u need for SP or Fivem is simply drag and drop in the right place lol idk why people even ask tbh, its very strange.
