Working thanks 7vec's was only the model

I put this in my server and crashed the game.  Took it out and game worked perfectly.   

@denverfirerescue its because you have to many addon eups loaded this only is a thing if the crash "Virgina October Hydrogen " if it doesnt say that im not to sure then

Only Issue I have is that the Open one, does not work for the open shirts, on his own EUP. Kinda crazy. Know you can't fix it. Just pointed this out

it works with the cpd pack and all the state agencies from the abandoned 50 states project, the pack your trying to use it is will be very old you could also download the folded collar shirts which I'm sure are probably leaked and replace the models with them as the textures are the exact same. ps the whole point of the collar ranks was to work with the folded collar patrol shirts. dumbass
