Prepped And Read for use Swat Roster with Tems also 1.0.0

This is a Prepped and Ready template for TEMS and SWAT ROSTER for detailed roleplay. You are able to see who is active or in LOA without even looking at the status column on the right in the filters. It makes sure that for TEMS, there is a station selected, theirs a name on file, and the status, either active or LOA, is on it to count. For SWAT, it's even simpler; it only checks if the person is active or on LOA and has a name on file. Before you ask, it's been error checked. The count won't go up unless all the requirements are met for both SWAT and TEMS, so rest assured, the count on the top won't read false information. The drop-downs have endless options, as shown in the photo, so you don't have to type a single thing unless it's the name or the rank or the callsign or the role
