The props inside the lab doesnt show up, i have only laptop there

Make sure you are using the correct sever version of gta. 

  1. Add set sv_enforceGameBuild 2189 to your server.cfg or +set sv_enforceGameBuild 2189 to your launch parameters.

Probably why since GTA updated some ipls removing the props or renaming so you cant find them in this build
