Repair the car after you select the extras. If this doesn't work I don't know how to help you. Also maybe revert the changes you made to the vehicles.meta. -

Despite what the name suggests, these vehicles do not come with a matrix board. Even if I'm wrong, they'd still require a FiveM script, making them useless anyway. -
