Rename the "addon2" folder to "recklefbi", then drag and drop the whole Folder in OpenIV (don't forget to activate the Edit mode) to "mods -> update -> x64 -> dlcpacks" then u need to edit the "dlclist.xml". You'll find this xml in "update -> update.rpf -> data". Open the dlclist.xml with right click and click on edit. If a Texteditor opens for you, then you scroll down to the end. Over the last two lines named "</Paths>"  & "</SMandatoryPacksData>" you need to paste this line: <Item>dlcpacks:/recklefbi/</Item> 

Now click on safe and you are ready to go 🙂
