u can change the framework. in folder  utils/framework/sh_framework.lua  and than on the top u see  

CURRENT_FRAMEWORK = "QB-CORE"  that change into  
CURRENT_FRAMEWORK = "ESX"

Its because he hasn't cleaned the script yet. when someone decrypts a script, they have to clean it or it wont work for anyone else.
