Patience is a virtue.

If anyone is getting a download quota error you can bypass it:

Add the file to your "Starred" folder. Then right click and create a shortcut. Go to your own Google Drive and make a new folder and put the shortcut inside. Then right click on the folder the shortcut is inside and download. It will zip for a few minutes then allow you to download it, bypassing the limit.

While I’m working on fixing the download you guys can follow these steps, I’ve found that they are working.

To add to this, if you're experiencing a "network error" canecelling the download, put an empty text file or whatever inside the folder. Google Drive should prompt you to download two files, but this time the network error will not occur. For whatever reason, this stabilises the download.

it is already google drive 

no one is uploading 40gb when it’s already here either wait or do the bypass method

What happened to the file it says it doesnt exist anymore
