What is the line that should be added to dlc list?  I tried ocsdsheriff and ocsd and neither worked

Try<item>dlcpacks:\HERETHEFOLDERNAME</item>. Put the name of the file where “herethefoldername” is.

yeah to put it more simply, it will always be the name of the folder dlc.rpf is in
