No, it isnt that issue. I'm having the same thing

you can have nothing around the area works just fine. try taking out all maps and see which ones are mesing it up

most likely an occlusions issue calling the same file name, you could merge them to solve the issue

ITS THE OCCLUSION ISSUE..LS_OCC YMAP IS RUNNING IN MULTIPLE MLOS..REMOVE ALL LS_OCC FILES AND ONLY HAVE THEM RUNNING IN ONE YMAP AND NOTHING WILL FLICKER...YOU WELCOME
