from the west bureau dump
includes patrol and utility shirts/pants all with psds with the uv map
the psds i made also allow you to change undershirt, button, tie, and tie bar colors
the file is a text doc with a link to download
please use your brain when making textures with the psd you must use the corresponding uv for shirts with/without sleeve stripes
