Hey sam, i have the playboy mansion with the nicer garages (not the brofx one). But they're 5M files. Would you be interested to convert it to sp by any chance ?

Hi @gtavjamal , well that was what i was looking for exactly haha. Didn't know it was made by unclejust. But also that mod says it only works with "3095 game Version" . But i have updated game file and don't wish to downgrade. Is it working for you with latest game files? or have you downgraded ?

I never upgraded my GTAV I stick to game version 2372 and it works perfect for me.

It's probably some simple tweak to make it run on the latest game version but I got no clue you would need to ask someone wise.

I assume you tried with the latest game version?  Depending what happens might be a clue how to fix it.

I tried the map but there is no interior. I fall down the map when I go in
