I think so but i only play FiveM, just drop it into your mods folder and it should workl.

I asked cluade to put it into a .oiv file and put it in my game but i did not work, i think

You shouldnt need a .oiv, I'm pretty sure if you drop the .RPF into the mods folder it will work.
