oh yeah i forgot if anyone confuse "why the vehicle doesnt have a sound" the main problem its on vehicle meta i changed the audio hash if you want the sound download this :

https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ford-explorer-taurus-ecoboost-v6-engine-sound-oiv-add-on-fivem-sound 

change this 

<audioNameHash>DOMINATOR</audioNameHash> into this <audioNameHash>ecoboostv6</audioNameHash>

go to dlcpacks - lapd25fpiu - dlc.rpf - common - data - levels - gta5 - vehicles.meta click edit and search
