Sorry, try -3770, -1125, 21.5
It crashes randomly, for example towards the housing area.

Map is a poor conversion. Whoever converted it didn't understand GTA V files. They put ydd files in the meta rpf even though they are not meta files. It might not matter, but it just shows this was done improperly. The size doesn't help either, this is a big map.

Keep exploring the entire map, you will likely crash unless you have 0 other addons installed.
I tested again and crashed in the area with housing. at   -4117.362f, -1648.464f, 25.03458f

True it crashes, can't really enioy it, i will uninstall it too untill it will be fixed

Don't take it personally, the map is garbage...likely just too big for SP.

If you explore the map, you will eventually crash to desktop. Either a poor conversion or the map is meant for FiveM servers, not for SP.
