ive also tried it wont load for me either i even dycripted it will the same result 

for me it didnt after i mixed up a couple of files ill post an update soon ive been real busy

could you do some Vespucci and Vinewood police station or Davis Police Station for SP?

my computer is unable to run gta 5 anymore due to low end specs i cant fix anything for now intill i save up for new hardwear
