If you have trees and bushes then u have another map crossing over with it maybe tree script u have in game or another building near it that put trees with it. try to # the scripts u have that have trees and test it 

ium having problems with not all the props at the old hospital and station being removed

i got a collision issue in the interiors for example when i want to get to the sheriff locker room i can because i walk up to the ceiling on some invisible stairs, same thing in medical some places just have highered collision that dont fit the map so i cant walk into some doors or areas, i also have the bushes and trees around there for some reason and i also noticed in the plaza between the buildings specifically infront of the benches infront of medical i was floating
