@sam jokerc this works perfectly. I removed lokas skyline and worked even better. This one of the best houses in the game agreed brother. In terms of detail matched only with any BigShaqNOKethchup house in my opinion. As always thanks @sam jokerc😁

i havnt downloaded this one yet but everytime i download this house from someone else, theres a collision issue around the guest house area

The vanilla Navmesh is clashing with this map, giving areas of this property some invisible bumps. Visually this house is outstanding.

i delete the collisons with codewalker and its work perfektly🫡 but i have this mlo for fivem
