This is the Liberty City Preservation Project + HD Textures, Since Rockstar and the developers have decided to shut it down I'm gonna leak it on here since u can barley find the download for it, its really cool 

The HD one is 30Gb

and the standard is 11.3Gb

there all OIV Files

Some of these mf's are ed fr, if its crashing download gta v config, packfile limit adjuster and headadjuster. I know because i already played this mod when it wasnt banned, but rockstar got too jealous idk.

any advanced niggha modder who can convert this into an "island" mod with a x and y offset? + noboundarylimits plugin it'd be really cool to have both maps loaded at the same time

Yoo can someone help me fix lcpp crashing when teleporting to it? My map won't stop loading and then it crashes when teleporting.
