Amberfall diner causes the game to crash due to a specific file, and then all of the other MLOs cause a crazy screen effect that eventually leads to a crash, once you get in the vicinity of them. Are these definitely decrypted?

Just have to open the file in OpenIV, drag all the ymap etc files to a stream folder and have a basic fxmanifest file with:

fx_version 'cerulean'
games { 'gta5' }

this_is_a_map 'yes'

yes they are ill take a look at these files i know is some rare cases the dumper or the decrypter will make a mistake but ill take a look at these mlos if its broken ill reupload a new file
