if it's giving anyone a too many users downloaded error to bypass it add the file to starred then make a shortcut in a folder in your own gdrive and download

I've tried following the instructions to bypass the download error, but it didn't work.

download the folder you put the shortcut inside not the actual shortcut

it will “zip” for a few minutes then download
