This includes both addon and replace methods, choose only one.

The replace version replaces one of the Valentine's masks which should be number 11, could be one off depending on what you use to change clothes. Websites like tobii.space make it easier to identify clothing that you want to replace, sadly hasn't been updated in a while though.

The addon version places it at the very end of the clothing list, if you want to add more clothes with the same method you'll need YMTEditor from Github/5Mods. Look at how the files are named and how the folders are set up, it's pretty self-explanatory but if you have any questions let me know.

works fine for me you have to make it fivem ready and put it in a stream folder works fine..in game clothing menu under accessores then mask very first texture 0...try this same files just fivem ready drop in ur eup stream folder,,ensure on server.cfg restart derver should be fine..
