Yes, you can, you just have to add it into the config.lua found in the stretcher-script folder

Is it possible to remove the 3 bags permanent?

Sry to bother you, im trying to have stretcher in Heli as well. Unfortunately when i add spawn code of heli (anyone even vanilla) to the config it doesn't work. Other vehicles works flawlessly. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks, have a great day!

Which helicopter are you trying it on?

But im unable to make it work even with vanilla ones, like volatus, cargobob etc.

everytime I retrieve a stretcher it give me a new one when there is already one in the ambulance
