LSPD Pack with Whelen Liberty 3.0 (SP) ELS - V2 1.0.0

Pack made by Pano_Zaf, was uploaded to GTAPoliceMods (and apparently modification-universe but I never found it there).

Since the website isn't available anymore, and nobody can find the creator, thought I'd post here. 

Contains standalone replacement vehicles, and DLC vehicles, along with relevant ELS files and Meta files.

I Have Included

- Default VCF - Preset lighting for all light and siren stages - includes rapid headlight and tail light flashing.

- Default Meta - Default push bars and no ALPR cameras.

- Custom VCF - Edited lighting to change based on light stages (and siren stages 1-3) for stage 3 lighting. 

- Custom Meta - Includes extended/warp push bars and ALPR cameras.

There's also a missing livery for the CVPI in police4 so spawns black. Can always covert for an FBI or SWAT vehicle.
