on modification universe but their vetting process takes ages and you'll probably end up getting banned regardless if you leak or not full disclosure the cars are noticeably lower quality than the patreon releases but the lapd and lasd packs have a few more vehicles like the lasd suburban, taurus, a few unmarked units, and the lapd chevy colorado the els chp pack is objectively worse, i don't recommend you use it only really worth downloading if you want the few extra vehicles these are fully els so they won't work well in fivem without something like p-els or a similar script honestly just use this instead you can also use it in fivem
