For those having the issue where you can't use multiple textures, simply navigate to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bearcatrb\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5, edit your vehicles.meta and find where it says "<flags>". Then simply add "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" and it should work-1 points
