i believe these were from when the server was really early in development as the vehicles do not come with textured plates, however the raw liveries are included if you want want to do it yourself downloads are unfortunately in two parts because for some reason any file over 100mb will be stuck on 1% when uploading huge thanks to cfxdot (former associate of a known predator) for these assets vehicle list
