This map is kind of crazy, sometimes it only appears when you're very close. I recommend moving away and getting closer to it to recharge.

All of his maps are broken. I've tried converting them all and none of them work. Either the game crashes, or the map simply doesn't appear.

Open the file in OpenIV and create a folder called "Studio Canyon" and another folder called "Stream". Inside the Stream folder, copy all the files YDR, YBN, Manifest, etc. into it. DO NOT COPY content.XML, setup2.xml, and x64. Create a new resource. And then the Fivem version will be ready.

It's complicated to merge with mp maps enabled and disabled, so I always prefer to create mp maps enabled to avoid conflict. If you use my rpf and change the folder name, the map name in content, setup2, and mapa.rpf you will be able to convert your mp maps disabled mods to enabled and your problem will be solved

I don't have the city hall

This map is impossible to work without MP maps because it is MLO, the doors would be locked. Only maps that are not MLO (replace some part of the vanilla map) can be used without MP maps.
