   ## TGS Pack Manager
   Free **Windows desktop tool** to create and export **FiveM vehicle resource packs** with a TGS-optimized structure (vehicles, meta, sounds, wheels).
   This is **not** an in-game script/resource. It runs on your PC and exports folders that you copy to your server `resources`.

   ## How to install
   1. Download **TGS Launcher** from the official site: https://tgs.gamer.gd
   2. Open TGS Launcher -> select **Pack Manager** -> click **Install**
   3. Click **Run App** to open Pack Manager
   4. Build your pack and export to your FiveM server resources folder
