Assuming some people don't know how to change audio hashes but if you don't, go into 'vehicles.meta' and change line 18 which should say <audioNameHash>aq02coyotef150</audioNameHash> to something like this <audioNameHash>fbi2</audioNameHash> -

From what i can see in the files there is nothing that points to it being escrowed. May be missing something but does not look like it. -
Download the file and delete the "other (non fivem)" & ".fxap". Then put all that into a resource and start as normal. Script wise, there are plenty of K9/Canine scripts out there. As long as they use a_c_shepherd as a model in there should be operational. Any more support just lmk.
