you need to use open iv to open that .rpf and go into every part of that and take it all out just drag everything into a stream folder or create a new folder called PCMR_Roads and make another folder inside of that folder called stream and put it all into that and create a fxmanifest for it, this_is_a_map all that shit from another mlo's fxmanifest -
