I know I'm EXTREMELY late for you but for singleplayer, you need OpenIV, and obviously EUP. there is also videos on YT for custom stuff. But you go to OpenIV, into your mods folder, manage your way to dlc packs, and click eup DLC pack, from there, watch a video because It's hard to explain. -
