This is one of the greatest fire department mods in the entire game, but I've had problems with this mod crashing my game when I start my server.

the truck doesn't work because the handling is really bad, even after trying to edit the handling and the lights don't work either. Trust me I tried several times and nothing fixed anything.

what do you want to do as far as modifying the model? If you're talking about ripping the model, I don't know how to do that nor would I help someone do that. If you want to fix carvariation and carcol problems I can help with that. You have to double click the carvariations, go to edit, click find, then search for the vehicle name. Look for "lightsettings value" and "sirensetting value". "lightsetting value can say either 0 or 1 (if it's already set as "1" LEAVE IT ALONE.) "sirensetting value" can be changed to any 6 digit number sequence (numbers can repeat themselves or the lights will still be messed up.) (ie 739240). Before you changed the "sirensetting value" WRITE DOWN THE NUMBER VALUE FIRST BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED THAT TO FIND THE VEHICLE IN CARCOLS. Click carcols, click edit, click find and search for the vehicle using the original sirensetting value from carvariations (NOT THE NEW SIRENSETTING VALUE YOU MADE UP), once you find the vehicle, look for "id value", THAT IS THE VALUE YOU CHANGE TO THE NEW SIRENSETTING VALUE THAT YOU JUST MADE UP. ALWAYS CLICK FILE AND SAVE ANYTIME YOU EDIT SOMETHING.

you can either use open iv and move the files there and edit them or make a new folder on your desk top and move the files there and edit them.

You have to go in and re-do the carvariations and the carcols. With carvariations and carcols I usually use random 3-6 digit number that doesn't have repeating numbers (ie 680721). I just make them up in my head and that usually works.

i tried fixing the handling and it didn't fix it.

The other pack that isn't prime can be downloaded, but when i put in my game I tried spawning the vehicles and they didn't spawn. I tried everything.

Actually he's right. When the link is downloaded from here on the page where the files are located it doesn't allow the person to click on the link the person actually has to click download in the right corner in order to get the actually files to add to a server. Even after the vehicle is added the handling is really bad. I tried to fiddling with the handling, but the vehicle was still wonky in game. I'm going to give this another try.
