you can create a livery, look at it in game and then exit and make alterations and repeat until you get it right. -
it appears theres a lot of stream files not included for Vicpol vehicles by the look of the data files. -

any chance you could add the livery templates to the vehicle, im using the cars for a non american based server and need to make my own liveries
