We launched our new Han V3 MLO workshop with lots of new features.
The map has been updated with graphical improvements both internally and externally.
The Map now does not interfere with other buildings on the docks.
We added a second version, now close to the bus station in the city. You can choose which version to use or both.
The map is compatible with our Tokyo Night map:
We increased the workshop space, giving you more options to develop your PR.
Now there is a room with some tables where you can use them if you want to make weapons or drugs.
We added a logo called JDM, for anyone who wants to use the workshop without any ties to Han from F&F -

Welcome to Bone County
Las Venturas Project aims to enrich the universe of Grand Theft Auto V by offering a new playground: the sin city, Las Venturas.
This is a long-term project: creating a region that takes time for Rockstar Games artists obviously takes even more time for a team of enthusiasts. However, it also means that we are not subject to the same time and budget constraints as a video game studio: we are therefore completely free to undertake ambitious ideas that would never have been possible!
Due to the volunteer nature of the project, we cannot be sure of the reliability of our publication schedule, however we encourage anyone interested in our work to contribute in any way. Supporting us financially is a huge incentive and helps us to continue our work. We are also looking for talented artists, modelers and developers.
If you love the Grand Theft Auto license, its modding community, or simply our project, consider contributing!

Welcome to Kayton Bank: your money is safe, your secrets even safer, and your financial advisor always seems to know a little too much about the funds that mysteriously disappear.
This headquarters MLO includes a neighborhood bank with a small vault, plus an upstairs organization HQ featuring a meeting room, hacker office, management office, open space, and common area. It also includes two emergency exits in case of a police raid, including one leading to the roof.
All screen textures are scriptable.

Up front, fast service and steaming bowls. Out back, off-menu business. Underground, a very private VIP experience. The customer is always right, unless they’re from a rival gang… or asking too many questions.
This MLO includes a large dining hall with a kitchen available furnished or unfurnished via entityset, a theater room, and an organization HQ with a meeting room and boss office. It also features an animated elevator leading to a basement with a VIP casino, armory, and hidden detention cell.
Includes a G&N’s script with a fully functional elevator. All screen textures are scriptable.
